Q.Gardenia Stem Growing Roots

Zone 70002 | Prettywitty504 added on May 16, 2023 | Answered

I cut a miniature gardenia from my gardenia bush and the stem is now growing roots. If I plant it, will it grow into a new bush? I live in New Orleans, so it’s warm and humid.
