Depends on its purpose. For killing weeds, use white vinegar at full strength. For cleaning things like calcium buildup, use half and half. Tougher stains require full strength. To clean bacteria off vegetables, try using 4 tbsp to 1 gal of water or 1 tbsp to 8 cups. To speed up germination, soak seeds overnight in vinegar solution using 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 4-5 tbsp water.
