Gardenia leaves turning upside down

Hi there
Can anyone help me identify what is happening to my Gardenia. First of all the leaves starting turning yellow, not they are turning upside down?? And the buds are not opening. It was fine a couple weeks ago?!

Yellowing and distorted leaves can indicate pests or disease.
Review the articles below and adjust watering and care as needed.
I would treat with Neem Oil.
