Gardenia Leaf Tips Are Brown/Burnt

I have gardenia tree. I solved the yellowing leaves with Epsom salt. Now I’m experiencing most of the leaves almost looking burnt at the tips and edges. The plant is blooming, but I’m wondering if this is an aphid, spider mite, or fungal problem. Please help.
