Gardenia Brown Spots on Leaves

Question

I just checked my gardenias bushes (3) last week. One all of a sudden one has brown spots all over the leaves. It had looked so healthy except for a little powdery mildew that I treated. We were just allowed to start watering twice a week (I watered on Thursday an Saturday, today is Tuesday) so it shouldn’t have been over watered. What did I do? Is there anything I can do? Should I worry about my other two bushes?

It looks as though your plant may have a fungus. You may want to treat it and its neighbors with neem oil. Here's a helpful article:
