Gardenia

Question

I appear to have a black mold on the leaves and a lot of lichen on the stems. Is this something I can treat? The plant is about 120 0mm tall and I’d like to keep it if it can be helped. Thanks in advance for you advice.

Sooty Mold is a common issue with the finicky Gardenia.
