Q.Garden Stores

Hello! I’m about to interview for a job at a garden shop, but I don’t have a lot of experience gardening because of my city upbringing. Any general tips or pieces of information that might help make it seem like I know what I’m talking about? Thank you!

Good luck and Happy Gardening!

Basic help needed in a garden center is soil types and use; fertilizers, plant types; Perennials and annuals, planting trees and shrubs.

When I first started out working in a garden center, I spent a lot of time reading plant tags! A wealth of knowledge is in those little tags.
