Q.Garden Protection From Animals

Anonymous added on June 24, 2011 | Answered

I have a small garden in my backyard about 8 feet by 12 feet. Right now at this time we have 4 foot high chicken wire surrounding it. Do you have any recommendations for a different protective border that would not look so country since we live in a city allotment?

You might consider adding deterrent plants (in attractive containers) around the perimeter of your garden. You could also place larger plants, like container shrubs, behind them to form an attractive privacy hedge.
