Q.Garden Phlox Has Brown Spots And Yellowing Every Year
Hi, I have a row of Garden Phlox that has brown spots and yellowing, mostly yellowing at the bottom. Brown spots tend to work on up the plant. How do I treat this and how can I prevent it. I don’t have any problems with mildew. These spots really ruin the look of the foliage. Flowering is still beautiful. I appreciate any help you give me.

Those likely are fungal spots that can be prevented by not getting the leaves wet when watering, picking up and discarding any leaves that fall, allowing space between plants for air circulation, full sun location, and mulching the ground below. Fungicides can be helpful but generally are used before the spots appear as a preventative. Here is more:
