Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI am about to start a veggie garden from scratch on a sloping site. Would it be best to tier it for easier working? How would be best to tackle it? Should I put manure on all of it or leave the area for legumes free of manure?

Using tiers will make it easier for you. You can use manure, as long as it is well composted manure. This will eliminate the chances of disease and nitrogen burning that can occur with fresh manure.
