I live in Arkansas. My garden mums are in full bloom now. what do I do after they stop blooming?

You can dead head the spent flowers from the plant.

Cut the stems back to 6 to 8 inches from the soil level when the plants are done flowering.

Do not fertilize any longer for this season.
