Is it too late to cut my fushias. They were growing well and then the frost killed them off but they are beginning to leaf from the bottom but the tops are all dead and I want to cut them down.

It would be completely safe to cut any dead growth now. This will help th new growth to start coming in better as well. This article will give you more information on the care of these: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/fuchsia/growing-fuchsia-flower.htm
