Fungus/powdery mildew in grass

Question

Can you spread fungus/powdery mildew in grass by walking through it? If I use F Stop on it, (liquid) can it be used if the temp. is fairly high outside?

Powdery Mildew spreads when it becomes air born. Certainly when you walk through the grass the fungus can become air born.
