Q.Fungus

Zone Conway, SC | Anonymous added on September 24, 2017 | Answered

After periods of rain & clouds, we get a fungus growth in our lawn and plant beds. It’s a long thin shaped fungus and has a over powering chlorine smell. Is there anything that can be used to prevent the fungus from growing?

Yes, wettable sulfur spread around the area will kill of this fungus. Here is an article with more information:https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/disease/using-lime-sulfur-in-gardens.htm
