Full Sun Terrace

Question

I am in Philadelphia and my terrace faces south. Sometimes it can get very windy. I am looking for an expert that can tell me which plants and flowers I can grow (I would do that by myself!!). Considering also the size and the shape of my terrace. Do you happen to know a reasonable gardener that would do that for me? Thank you.

I do not personally know someone in your area, but I would recommend that you contact your local Master Gardener branch. They can be found through your local extension office (http://philadelphia.extension.psu.edu/). They have people there that enjoy helping new gardeners such as yourself.
