Full-Sun Perennial Shrub

I am looking for a full-sun perennial shrub to border my driveway, preferably full and low to the ground. Any suggestions?

Many shrubs thrive in full sun: spirea, viburnum, forsythia, boxwood, etc. Try some dwarf varieties such as crepe myrtle, holly, or juniper too.
