Almost any dwarf, and super-dwarf variety of any fruit will grow in container, as long as you have the proper conditions for it. There are many standard fruits that will grow in container as well, though, such as citrus and oddities such as coffee and cocao.

As long as you have the environment, and choose a dwarf variety, you can find just about anything that will do well in container.
