Q.Fruit No Fruit
early this spring my paw paw tree was loaded with fruit, after the leaves started to come on the fruit disappears. Only seeing a couple fruits now. This happens every year, what could be the matter? the tree looks healthy with plenty of leaves.

Typically the flowers bloom first, then leaves appear, then fruit later in the season. If fruits are disappearing, I would suspect wildlife. Birds, squirrels, and other mammals eat the fruit. Also, the fruit ripens quickly, then drops, making it easier for scavengers to run off with it.
