Frozen Chinese Evergreen

How do I keep my Chinese evergreen alive? It was left outside for 2 nights in freezing cold temperatures. When I was able to bring it inside I noticed the leaves are dark and limp. 1 out of 4 of the stems is soft but the others seem normal. It has been a week since I brought it inside. I put it near a window and gave it a small amount of water. I have not trimmed the dead leaves off. What do I do to keep them alive? I don’t even know if it is still alive. How do I tell?

The only thing you can really do from here is to keep it away from the cold. It should recover on its own, but don’t cut anything off until you see new growth. Then you can go trim off the dead growth.
