Frostbit Lantana

Should I cut back my frost bit purple lantana or let it come back?

Either! This would be an excellent time to trim it into the shape you want without stressing over cutting blooms and foliage. On the other hand, if you let it start growing when and where it wants, you will only remove the frost- bitten parts. I’ve done both, with good results.
