Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHello,
We have a well established apple tree, around 80 years, which we believe may of been effected by the frost as its blossom had began to fall. There was a dry spell of around two weeks prior to the frost.
My question is will the tree recover it is now very brown and the branches now have peeling brown bark? underneath the bark there is green, as seen in picture. Does the peeling this suggest something more?
I have attached photographs in hope it will help, what is the best way to recover the tree?
Thank you,
Tina
