I live in county Durham in the north east of England, we had a night temperature of -2 on Monday night (5th Nov) and the plants leaves are all black. is it dead? or will it survive the winter?

I’m afraid they aren’t very cold tolerant. These will only tolerate about 1.7 degrees. I would bring it in, as it will not survive the winter.
