Frost Crack to Bark on Jasmines

What can I do for 4 to 5 year old Jasmines that have sustained quite a bit of frost crack to their bark? We had a two week cold snap of -12 to -15 C° nights and 98% of the foliage is dry and completely brittle with all the major woody stems cracked severly. There is a tiny bit of green growth left near the base of the plants. Suggestions?

Cold injured plants or branches may die in early spring, late summer or several years later. Flower buds may also be killed without damage to the stems. Cold damaged plants should be pruned back below the injured bark as soon as possible.
