Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI live in France and we have had some very cold overnight temps. A lot of my mimosa tree looks frost damaged, I know how to check for living wood and to prune back to here, but I don\\\’t know whether I should do it now (Still cold) or wait till late spring/early summer? Thank you

They can survive down to -23 C so as long as it was above that, then it should be just fine! Here is how you can check:

You can, simply, prune off what is dead, if anything. I would wait until the threat of cold weather is gone, however. At this point, you could confirm what is dead or alive, too.
