Foxtail Palms

Question

Hello. My foxtail palm hasn’t produced a new frond for almost a year and continues to produce bunch after bunch of seeds. Could you advise of the problem please?

I would keep the seeds pruned from the palm. This may help the plant produce more growth instead of spending it's energy on reproducing.
