Q.Foxtail Palm From Seed

Hello. I have a 15’ palm tree that dropped seeds and sprouted. I have them in pots and they are about a year old (about a foot tall). When can they be planted in the ground?

You are in zone 10a and foxtail palms are hardy to zones 10 and 11. It should be fine to plant them now. Here is more:
