Found Some Partially Green Potatoes Poking Above Ground While Digging, Are They Safe To Eat?

A few potatoes partially above ground were part green while the rest of the potatoe which was still below ground level was still red.

I would not risk it. Though sun scalding can cause green potatoes they can have quite a few nasty chemicals present, as well. Here is an article that will help:
