Q.fordhook lima beans

Anonymous added on September 14, 2015 | Answered

For the last 2 years, we have trouble finding fordhook lima beans (frozen) in the store. No fresh ones at market either. Is there a shortage? Do you know why? When we do find them, they are very expensive. They are one of my kids’ favorite vegetables. I need at least $10.00 worth for just one meal. Thanks.

Talk to the fresh produce manager and see if they can special order the beans for you.
If you shop at local Farmers Markets you may also find growers that would love to find out customer requests.
We know of no shortage.
