Food for Eucalyptus in Thailand

I have about 8 acres of 2 year old eucalyptus trees. The people who I bought them from failed to clean weeds or take care of them in any way. I have cleaned the weeds now but am unsure what food to give? I understand eucalyptus trees deplete the food resources in soil, and can also damage water courses. Could you please advise what food to give with minimal phosphorus?

The following site reccomends a 3-1-2 slow release fertilizer like 24-8-16 or 18-6-12. http://extension.unh.edu/resources/files/Resource000494_Rep516.pdf ^[1]
