Q.Foliage on Wisteria

My wisteria has beautiful blooms but very small foliage. What happened?

It may lack nitrogen. I would have the soil tested. You have to be careful adding nitrogen to wisteria because if they get too much nitrogen, they will stop blooming. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/nitrogen-plant-fertilizer.htm
