Q.Flowers on the weeping cherry tree
I planted my tree about 3 years ago. It seems the blooms this year are kind of bland. I know we had a drought over the last couple of months – could that have anything to do with that? Also, should the tree be fed during the summer, or during the fall?

I do think the drought might have contributed to this. This page has a good overview of other reasons a cherry might not bloom well:
