Flowers on the mango

I have flower shoots on the top of the tree and the top row of leaves are not the deep green as the rest of the tree. What should I be doing?

I am not sure there is a problem here, but please send a photo for analysis if you are really worried. Are the leaves in question new? Mature leaves on a mango tree are a deeper dark green than the rest.
