Flowers are sick

Our flowers had been doing wonderful and blossomed into huge bushes of flowers. However just recently they appear to have gotten sick. The first bush went very quickly and I am debating pulling it out. The bush next to it is starting to show similar signs and I want to save them. What would be the best treatment?

It appears to mold issues in and around your plants. This is likely due to excess moisture and poorly draining soil. You may want to pull back some of the rock that is covering your soil.
Lack of air circulation can also compound these issues. Plants that are tightly packed together or close to structures can suffer these issues.
