Flowering tree – fungal problem (??)

I have two Magnolia trees: White and Purple red. Both of them did not flower at all this year.
The white tree is losing many leaves and I noticed that the purple tree leaves are similar to fungal disease in my rose bush.
Further, I noticed my Cherry tree, three Crapemyrtle trees all have reduced flowers and some sort of fungal disease.
I would appreciate if I can get some guidance on how I can treat all six of these trees.
Thank you.

I do have a relatively simple solution, that will help. Around all infected trees you should put down wettable sulfur, and dolomitic lime. This will kill the soil fungus, and control pH. Next, mix a few drops of one or more of the following in warm water with a spoonful of coconut oil: lavender oil, garlic oil, clove extract, rosemary oil, and if you have it available, some aloe juice. These, when sprayed on the trees, have an antifungal effect, and will kill any fungus on the tree itself.
