Q.Flowering Shrubs

Zone 06516 | Bmwmrg added on April 5, 2018 | Answered

I live on the CT shoreline and I wanted to plant something on either side of my porch stairs that flowered in the summer months and stayed green in the winter. Can a Ceanothus ‘Skylark’ grow in my climate?
