Q.Flowering Bushes
I have an area with North East exposure with morning and late afternoon sun.
What would be the best Flowering shrub for this area bearing in mind that I need a height of about 6 feet.

Sounds like a great planting situation! Since I'm not sure of your growing zone, I would suggest a visit to your local garden center. They will have shrubs and plants that are suited to your neighborhood!
