Q.flowerbeds around trees
I have three trees in my front yard and am wanting to build beds around the bases to put flowers. I have attached a picture showing what I want. I don’t want to do raised beds at this time. My question is, how do I prepare the ground? Do I need to spray Round-up or something similar to kill the grass that is there, or do I just dig it up? So you have a specific article that talks about installing beds around trees and preparing the ground?
