Flower recognition

Hello dear friends and professionals!

Since I am completely new in gardening I have a bit basic and may be stupid questions.
First of all, I bought a flower from a supermarket which had no label, but I really loved and the problem is that I still don’t know its name.
And second of all, I kept it for a few weeks and then I noticed something that looked like slimy spider web in the soil and a few affected leaves. Of course, I cleaned them all out, but then which is the most interesting, when I watered the plant in the flower’s plate occured some rainbow coloured substance, so I don’t know what to do.

I’ll be extremely grateful to you if you tell me if that is a problem and how should I treat it? Also, I will highly appreciate if you do know and tell me the name of the flower?

I believe this is a Kalanchoe plant of a variety bred to have rose-like, “double” flowers. Here is more about Kalanchoe:

The spiderweb-like substance could be from spider mites, a common pest:

Check over the plant carefully to look for more webs or any other pests that may appear, and remove them.

As for the rainbow color, I am not sure what that could be, but you should try to flush it out of the soil in case it’s harmful to the plant. You do that by watering the plant until water runs out the drainage holes in the pot for several minutes, and discarding the water.
