Flower Expert

Where can I find a flower expert to speak with that would know about ALL flowers and the different species of flowers not just specific to a region? Thank you.

thank you Downtoearthdigs kindly for answering back so quickly. I have a list of flowers that I would need to know if they are poisonous or harmful to humans which I would like to avoid. There are roughly 50 or so, so I really need an expert that knows about flowers in dept. I’m willing to pay fees for any time as I know that would be alot of information.
