Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a hibiscus in a pot outdoors and the buds are breaking off (almost looks like they are cut with scissors). Have other hibiscus plants also in pots outdoors and never had this happen. Can you give me any reason for why this might be happening?
