Fine, Little White Worms in the Roots of My Pepper Plants

Question

The plants had ants all over them and the leaves were starting to turn yellow. I dug one up and found tiny, little worms in the root system. What are they, and how can I get rid of them? I have my plants in the greenhouse in raised beds.
