Q.fig trees

Anonymous added on November 24, 2014 | Answered

I have had a fig tree for 6+ years and it has never produced any fruit, WHY? It is growing outside in a sheltered spot where it gets the sun and shade in the spring and summer. It has plenty of lovely green to yellowish leaves that drop off in the late autumn. I look after it well, and now at the moment it has no leaves but it has some buds ready to make leaves. It is growing in a large container, which it has been for 2 years now.
