When it gets too large transplant it outdoors in ground and cover it in the winter same south exposure? Can it grow outdoors in winter in a container?

If it is grown in a container, you should bring it indoors for the winter of wrap the container well. The tree can spend summers outside. Depending on the variety you have, it may be able to transplant in the ground year round with adequate winter protection.
