Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a brown turkey I planted in the spring of 2017, I got about ten figs. Now the tree looks dead. The branches are black and the tree looks dead. I’m afraid to cut it down in case it’s just dormant, it’s in direct sun and got plenty of water. Any suggestions?
Thank you
Donna Millican

What zone are you in? Can you include photos? It is very possible that it sustained heavy freeze damage. This article will give you more information in the meantime: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/figs/how-to-grow-figs.htm [1]
