Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a fig tree growing in a pot and have noticed that the figs are oozing this white sap or liquid that turns clear after a few days and then the fruits just shrivel and fall. Any idea on what it is and how I can get rid of it?
Thanks so very much.
Angie

Are you noticing any odors as well? It sounds like it could be fruit souring, which is common with figs (and other fruits). Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/fruits/fegen/fixing-sour-fruit-problems.htm [1]
