Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comThe leaves on my small fig tree have brown spots or splotches all over the leaves. I recently sprayed it with a fruit and vegetable insect spray since I saw some white flies around the tree. Could the spray have caused this, or is it something else? I transplanted the tree last summer when I moved. It made it through the move and the winter. Hope to not lose it now.

This is a fungus. The spray did not cause it. You just need to treat the tree with a fungicide and that should clear it up.
