Fig Tree

I have a fig tree which has a cobweb like substance on the leaves which is holding tiny mites. Please could you advise what they could be and a solution for getting rid of them?

It could be spider mites or scale. Either way, neem oil should help take care of the problem. Here is some information that may help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/pests/neem-oil-uses.htm [1]
