Fig Tree

It’s September in Southern California. One of my fig trees on the southeast corner has had a poor crop, is droopy, and is now dropping all of it’s leaves, while the other on the back side of the house is going strong. We did have the retaining wall fixed by the droopy tree. Would the disturbance by that tree really affect it that much?

Although it is possible that the roots have been crushed if there was heavy machinery on top of them, to me this appears to be a fungal issue. You cann apply wettable sulfur, lavender oil, neem oil, and many other things around and on the tree to help it.
