Fig leaf peculiarities

Some of my fig leaves are getting spotted but not yellow. Probably just a response to the weird weather we’ve had here in San Antonio–alternating cold and balmy 70’s.

This appears to be Fig Rust.
Neem Oil can be used to treat the plant to help control it.
