Fig Leaf Peculiarities

Some of my fig leaves are getting spotted but not yellow. Probably just a response to the weird weather we've had here in San Antonio--alternating cold and balmy 70's.

This appears to be Fig Rust.
Neem Oil can be used to treat the plant to help control it.
